The adhesive layer helps hold the gasket in its intended position during assembly, reducing movement, misalignment and accidental detachment. This product is well suited to equipment housings, electrical enclosures, household appliances, lighting fixtures, automotive components, control panels, instruments, containers and many other industrial or commercial applications. The Adhesive Silicone Sealing Gasket is a practical sealing component molded from flexible silicone rubber with a pressure-sensitive adhesive backing. It combines the resilience and sealing performance of silicone with the convenience of a peel-and-stick installation method.
Its dimensions, thickness, width, hardness, color and adhesive type can also be adjusted according to the customer’s drawing, sample and working conditions. The sealing ring can be specified in circular, oval, square, rectangular or irregular shapes to match different installation surfaces and product structures.
To apply the component, the user simply cleans the mounting surface, removes the protective liner, aligns the gasket with the required position and presses it firmly onto the surface. One of the main advantages of this silicone sealing ring is its adhesive backing. A release liner protects the adhesive surface before installation.
