防水型電子制御装置用UV硬化シリコーンゴムボタン is a custom molded control component for equipment that needs repeatable pressing, flexible sealing and stable rebound. Typical application areas include industrial equipment, electronic devices, control systems, household appliances, automotive components and medical equipment housings.
The button is produced from silicone rubber using a precision molding and light-curing process. Its design can be adjusted around the equipment structure, installation dimensions, target pressing force and functional requirements, allowing the same basic manufacturing approach to support soft-touch controls, firmer industrial switches and other customized interfaces.
Sealing performance depends on the complete button structure, installation method, housing and sealing system. Sealing lips, grooves and flanges can therefore be considered as part of the assembly design rather than treating the silicone key as an isolated component. Where a defined waterproof or dustproof rating is required, the target test standard should be identified during the RFQ stage.
Depending on the selected silicone formulation, product structure and operating conditions, the documented working-temperature range is approximately –40°C to 200°C. Exposure to oil, chemicals, ultraviolet light, steam or outdoor conditions should be reviewed against the actual medium, concentration, temperature and duration before production.
Application examples include industrial controllers, power tools, communication equipment, control panels, automotive accessories, testing instruments, smart-home devices, kitchen appliances, medical equipment housings and outdoor electronic products.
Quotation and sample review should be based on the drawing or reference sample, required hardness, quantity, operating environment, color, surface requirements and any defined test criteria. Prototype approval can then focus on dimensions, assembly fit, tactile response and other project-specific acceptance items before mass production.
